Live photo reenactment

Put your face
into any photo.

Upload a picture, turn on your camera, and watch your own expressions drive it in real time — head pose, eyes, mouth, the lot. Record it and download the video.

Accounts are issued personally — email shreyakim1@gmail.com to get one.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

1

Add a photo

Drop in any clear, front-facing picture. A portrait works best. It is checked when you send it to the renderer.

2

Turn on the camera

Your live expressions drive the photo — head pose, eyes, mouth — rendered remotely and streamed back frame by frame.

3

Record and download

Hit record, do your bit, and download the finished clip as a video file you can send to anyone.

Rendering

Every frame is made on our servers.

Streamed live

Your camera is published to a session, the composite happens remotely, and finished frames stream straight back onto the stage in real time.

Higher fidelity

Nothing to install

No drivers, no plugins, no downloads. The heavy work is ours, so it runs the same on a slow laptop as on a fast one.

No local processing
What leaves your device. Your photo and camera frames are transmitted for processing while you are connected. They are not stored by this app.
Access

How to get an account.

This is a small, personally-run service. Accounts aren't self-serve — they're issued by hand so the credits don't get burned by strangers.

  1. Email shreyakim1@gmail.com and say who you are.
  2. An account is created for you with a set number of minutes.
  3. You get a username and password, and you're in.
